Single PC Setup $69.95
This service is great if you just purchased a new computer and need help getting your new computer or laptop setup, and added to your existing network. We will ensure that any and all unwanted trial software or duplicate programs are removed, that you understand the key points of your new computer, and that it is able to access the Internet on your existing network. If you purchased a printer or scanner with your computer, we will set it up as well.
Multiple PC Setup – With Wireless Network Setup $159.95
This service is similar to our Single PC Setup, however in addition to the removal of unwanted trial software, duplicate programs, setting up your printer or scanner, and understanding your new computer – this also includes a FREE Wireless Network Setup for your new computers. Please Note: The Wireless Network Setup Service does not include applicable equipment that would be required to network your computer. This equipment must either be purchased ahead of time, or arrangements must be made prior to our site visit.
Software Install & Customization $29.95
If you’ve purchased new software for your computer, but are unsure of what settings to use, or how to get the most out of your new software, this is the service for you. We will ensure the software is properly installed, make sure it is running as efficiently as possible, and that you get the most out of your new program.
Software Update $24.95
If you’ve purchased a new version of your program, of if you feel that it is lacking necessary upgrades, but you’re unsure of how to properly update it, we will do it for you!
Printer, Scanner, or Fax Install & Setup $34.95
When purchasing a new printer it is important to have the proper driver installed. Should you use PCL5, PCL6, or PostScript drivers?
Operating System Install $69.95
If you are needing your current Operating System reinstalled, or a new Operating System installed on your existing computer we can do that. After the install, we will ensure that all drivers are working, and any applicable service packs or updates are installed. Please Note: Your computer must be able to support the Operating System you wish to install, and you must either have an existing license for it, or purchase a license prior to our installing it. We will not install unlicensed software.
Basic PC Evaluation & Tune Up $39.95
Are you getting the most out of your computer? Our technicians will evaluate your hardware and software setup to determine what key components could benefit from either being upgraded or replaced. Unsure whether your power supply, hard drive, fans or RAM are faulty? We will test them for you and provide you with complete details on your computer’s current configuration. We will make recommendations on key areas that could possibly speed up your computer or where your current software or hardware may be failing you.
Advanced PC Evaluation & Tune Up $59.95
This takes our Basic PC Evaluation a bit further; after evaluating your hardware and software configuration we will update your Windows Operating System, security software, and optimize the way your computer works. We will remove any dust from the internal components of your computer, and organize the way your internal power and data lines are to improve airflow.
Infection Removal Service $69.95
Not only can infections slow down your computer, some are capable of logging what you type, stealing bank account and password information, logging websites you visit, or simply creating popup advertisements. Our technicians have a 99% success rate removing all infections from your computer, and we provide a 72hour guarantee. In conjunction with the infection Removal Service we recommend the Basic PC Evaluation service to ensure that you are getting the most out of your computer’s current hardware and software configuration.
Software Diagnostic & Repair $49.95
Having problems with one of your programs? Is it giving you error messages or not doing what you want it to? Are you unsure of how to fix it or if a reinstall of the software would even work? Let us fix it for you!
Insurance Claim Inspection $89.95
We will examine any device that is covered under your insurance and provide you with all necessary paperwork to complete your claim. Whether you have a single computer, printer, laptop, etc… that is damaged, or if you have multiple, it is just the single charge.
Operating System Repair $59.95
Does your computer blue screen often? Are you having troubles with it rebooting automatically, or showing the infamous, “Blue Screen”? We will inspect your operating system’s files, ensure that any corrupt files get replaced with the proper files, and make sure that any and all applicable updates are applied.
Advanced PC Troubleshooting $25.00/hour
If you are unsure what exactly is wrong with your computer, this service is for you. We will find out what is the root cause of the issue, fix it, and give you a detailed report of what we found. Please note there is a 1 Hour minimum charge for this service.
Wireless Network Setup $129.95
We will come to your house and setup your wireless network to work with your Internet Service Provider. We lock down your wireless using some of the more advanced methods, and ensure that no unauthorized users access your network. We will ensure that all wireless/wired devices, equipment, and computers are able to access the Internet using your secured Internet. If you add any devices to your network within 14 days of our setup we will come out and add them for free (excluding equipment charges). Please Note: This price does not include wireless equipment, such as wireless routers, cards, or driver installation. Please contact us for a specific quote if you require any extra wireless equipment or if you are unsure of what you require.
Add a Wireless Device $59.95
If you need to add additional devices to your existing wireless network (after 14 days of our original installation), we charge a low $59.95 to add them. Whether you have one device to add or 10 it is the single charge. Please Note: This price does not include additional wireless equipment such as range extenders, replacement routers, or wireless cards.
ISP/Network Troubleshooting $59.95
Is your Internet Service Provider blaming your computer or network for the slowdowns or timeouts? We will troubleshoot all devices on your network, track down and resolve the issue. If the problem is not with your network or computer we will work with your ISP to figure out a solution.
One Time Data Backup – Up To 10GB $29.95
Planning a major upgrade or change to your computer? Worried that your collection of digital photography could be lost? We will ensure that all data is safely backed up and that you know how to access it.
One Time Data Backup – Over 10GB $59.95
Planning a major upgrade or change to your computer? Worried that your collection of digital photography could be lost? We will ensure that all data is safely backed up and that you know how to access it. Please note this service has a limit of 50GB unless prior arrangements are made. Please contact us for specifics.
Hardware Upgrade - $19.95
If you need to replace or upgrade your power supply, memory, video card, or other component, this service will cover it. We will install the component’s applicable drivers, and ensure that it is working properly.
Hardware Upgrade – Hard Drive Replacement with Data Migration - $69.95
Do you need to upgrade your hard drive but don’t want to lose any pictures, documents, or favorites? We will backup your important files, replace your hard drive, and install a fresh copy of your Windows Operating System.
Operating System Upgrade – with Data Migration $69.95
Do you need to upgrade to a different version of Microsoft Windows? We will backup your key files, install your new Operating System, and restore your files to the new Operating System. Please Note: This service requires that you purchase the license for the new Operating System, and that your current hardware configuration is compatible with the new Operating System.
Operating System Upgrade – without Data Migration $59.95
We will upgrade your current Operating System to a newer version of your choice – but we will not backup or restore your data. You will need to make prior arrangements for your data if you require this to be saved. Please Note: This service requires that you purchase the license for the new Operating System, and that your current hardware configuration is compatible with the new Operating System.
On Site Training $25.00/hour
We will work with you in your home and provide training for a program, feature or device of your choice. There is no time limit on this service, however we do charge a minimum of 1 hour.
Computer To Computer Data Transfer $49.95
If you’ve purchased a new computer and need to have your digital pictures, music, favorites, or other key data transferred to the new computer, we can do that. Please Note: We cannot transfer software installations, if you have specific programs you would like installed we will require the original discs and license keys (if applicable) prior to the service.
