  If you need it fixed NOW, and have an active Internet connection - we can probably fix it - remotely! While we'd like to provide onsite repair to Florida residents in the middle of the harsh Iowa winter...we can't - BUT we can provide remote support for almost any issue! Our secure remote software will allow our technicians to connect to your PC, resolve your issue, and disconnect without installing any additional software. The randomly generated code that you give the technician is only good for that session. There is no chance of future remote sessions without you generating a new code and providing the new code to our techs. When the issue is resolved, simply delete the file from your desktop.
